ADR (Automatic Dialogue Replacement) is a great tool for improving the quality of your recordings and reducing your production time.
This technology is especially useful for voice actors who need to record their lines over and over again for many hours, days, or weeks.
When using ADR, you record your dialogue once, and then the software plays back the recorded audio automatically as if it were being spoken by another person. This can save a tremendous amount of time and effort while increasing the quality of your final product.

Milestone Studios is a leader in Audio Post Production. We provide services for high-end clients, and even during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are approved by both Audible and the SAG Aftra Union to conduct safe, social distanced sessions.
Actor’s dialects can be recorded remotely via Source-Connect. The talent often moves to a different location after the production has been finished and recordings are often requested in Los Angeles or New York so that directors can use them in the mix of sound for a documentary or advertisement.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, production companies became much more aware of the precautions that are necessary to ensure the good health of their artists during audio post-production. Milestone Studios has safety protocols in place which are approved by SAG-AFTRA (The Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists), and is currently the only studio in Africa on SAG-AFTRA’s list of Approved Audio Houses/Studios. These protocols include minimal contact with the talent, stringent cleanliness, removable ear covers for headphones, and mandatory mask wearing except while shooting dialogue.
